These farm bills will harm ALL THE STATES OF MY COUNTRY. BIG FISH EAT SMALL FISH. Does that make sense to you? If not then there is no point in trying to convince you to open your mind and see the long term negative impact these bills will have. The reason Modi can't back off is because he has a gun to his head from Ambaanis & Addani's who have ALREADY BUILT INFRASTRUCTURE TO START HOARDING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE. Please look it up and be thankful to farmers for their strength to oppose it!!These BILLS are worth protesting and fighting against, WITH OUR LIVES. We are fighting to protect the income and future, does that show you the significance of this protest. The farmers protesting are not fools. No matter what you say or other economists say, there is a huge difference in what is perceived 'should happen' and what 'actually happens'. If for the first couple of years, big corporations offer better prices for produce, the farmers will be discouraged to go to the mandies. Correct? What happens to all the employees in the mandies? You think the government will retain all employees? The revenue from the mandies is also used for development in the local areas so lesser revenue lesser development. Do you expect the Modernized Corporate parallel mandies to employ all the low class laborers who currently work in mandies. Do you even know how many laborers work in mandies right now? Do you know where they will find an alternate job? Why do you think Ambaani's have already built storage facilities in Punjab already and requested the Haryana govt to allow building storage units there? Why and how is it that the Ambanis have filed with registrar 50 new Agro based companies? You really think they will let any other player succeed in the market? You are witnessing corporate greed growing under BJP. Where are all the public sector companies now? Could the government not do the overhaul of the existing Mandi system and make it viable for the farmers across India to get a minimum support price as a legal guarantee punishable by crime? If the farmers get this minimum rates guarantee backed by legal right, it would help cover their costs and offer a reasonable margin. Would that not have sufficed? What is it that the private sector can do and the public sector can't? Why during the Pandemic? Could it not wait till we were Corona free? Can you draw the line? If this bill was so good, why did the government agree to more than 20 amendments already?? There were mistakes that needed to be fixed. If farmers had not raised their voice, the government would never have corrected those. Can you deny that the government has agreed to some of the changes farmers put forth? You have to take note this is already made law of the nation in haste. And if farmers didn't protest the whole nation would have been fooled. Govt should at least have some remorse and repeal those bills first. Poor farmers are in the freezing cold for about a month now. What a democratic country .

Though, the way farm law was passed, without discussion, was completely wrong, the laws are good for farmers and the entire agricultural economy. I think anyone who understands economics will agree that a free market is essential for a strong economy, and these laws are trying to achieve that goal. Post-independence, there came a time when India faced acute shortage of food grains. Even wheat had to be imported. So, at that time people felt that it was appropriate for the government to control the market. Under the Essential Commodities act, it was stated that sale of agricultural products would be regulated by the government. So, farmers were restricted and could not sell their produce to a third party. This ensured that India would never see such shortage of food ever again. But times have changed, after the green revolution, India's production capacity went up many folds. We hear news of tons of wheat getting rotten in rain almost every year. So, why is there a surplus of wheat and why are pulses so expensive and why do we see so much disparity in prices??? It is all because of old regulatory policies and MSP. YES I SAID MSP IS BAD, but please hear me out. Now, MSP was necessary because farmers were exploited by the Mandi middlemen and forced to sell at lower prices, So, government guaranteed a minimum price for everyone. The negative effect of MSP is that everyone starts to grow crops that were brought by government on MSP. So, we have an excess of wheat and shortage of other items. But, it had to be continued because farmers could not do anything. This needs to change now. So now we must move towards a free market which gives farmers a chance to earn. They can no longer be forced to sell their produce at a lower rate. They would have an opportunity to sell it to a third party directly. That would create a balance in market and may result in increased farmer income. Now obviously this change can have some adverse effects, but they are necessary. Any change takes time to get used to and no law is perfect, but the thought of moving towards a free market economy should always be supported. We need to change, socialist policies have not achieved anything since independence. Let's give a chance to capitalism.

Farmers have got a new option insofar they will have the freedom to sell their produce outside the APMC (agricultural produce market committee) market and there will be no tax on such trade which will give a higher price to the farmers. 2. Farmers can sell their produce within the state or anywhere else in the country and there will be no restriction on this type of trade. This will benefit the farmers that they will be able to sell their produce to the merchant wherever they get a higher price. 3. There will be no need for any kind of license for traders to purchase agricultural produce of farmers in the trade area outside the APMC mandi, but also those holding PAN card or any other document notified by the Central government can join this trade. This will facilitate trade in agricultural products and will benefit the farmers. 4. In case of any dispute arising in such business, the matter will be settled within 30 days by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. 5. There are also provisions of heavy penalty for violation of rules and regulations.

How can you make ur dissenting voices heard on election day , if election process is not free and fair? Please consider my feedback on election process /evm Please convince all political parties to bycott election till elections are hold with ballot papers. EVM is black hole . You don't know what happens inside. You can not prove anything also as you don't have access to source code of chip manufactured. 1. What if chips are manufactured in a way that every nth vote goes to kamal sign and vvpat slip is generated on the basis of button hit by voter. Opposition parties lead will reduce or vanish in this case. They will win only when voters have voted may be 90% to gathbandhan. Why exit polls were so wrong in bihar. Why BJP won 2019 parliament elections despite large scale farmers discontent. 2. Why election commission does not allow security or chip source code audit. Why vvpat slips are not counted in Bihar. Why deviations in vvpat counting in loksabha elections were not resolved. Why developed countries rejected evm. Why when one of African countries' asked for chip source code before use, our election commission of India mistouriosly disappeared from negotiation and that country decided not to use evm. Our political parties including congress have become impotent in raising this issue. Please motivate whistle blower from election commission of India to come forward and blow whistle on irregularities (if any) by assuring their identity to be kept confidential. As of now convince all political parties not to participate in election And Last but not least - why bjp only always benefits from vote split. Why bjp was so confident and encouraged Chirag Paswan for vote split despite extremely positive ground level feedback about Tejaswi. These all are red flags about large scale election fraud by BJP. Please take risk and bycott election. U all have to take risk as there is no alternate to risk. Learn risk taking from Modi Modi is very wisely playing here. We are not dictatorship like Russia and China where almost 99% votes can be manipulated towards bjp , as political parties will start suspecting. So if every nth vote (for example every 10th vote) goes to bjp , then may be bjp will get 10% additional votes. Bjp already has real 23, to 25% hard core hindu voters, who will almost always vote for bjp . So bjp will get total approx 33 to 35% total votes after evm manipulation. In multi party India system, bjp gets approx 33% votes and win elections. When people are strongly against bjp , then more and more people vote to opposition party and opposition party gets 35% to 40% votes and win elections (despite bjp getting 35% votes after manipulation). Now winning opposition party and public think that evm is not manipulated , as opposition is also winning . When opposition wins, they don't accuse like in Punjab election captain Amarinder singh said evm were not hacked. In real his win might have been more impressive, if evm were not manipulated. So when opposition lose and they accuse , nobody believes them. Now bjp has to keep 23% to 25% hardcore hindu voters loyal to win almost all elections and that is why they play communal politics, create fake nationalist propoganda, create love jihad issues etc. If bjp lose certain portions of this hard core hindu voters, then there are chances that they may lose election even after getting manipulated 10% additional votes. For example if only 10% hard core hindu voters vote to bjp, then after 10% additional manipulated votes , they will get total 20% votes and easily lose election. That is reason they use media and divert attention from real issues, so that these 23-25% voters does not get away by knowing about economic downfall of India, unemployment situation etc Can we create some online change.org petition to demand evm ban and till ban requesting opposition party to boycott election Thanks
