While there is a debate on the 'love jihad' angle of the same - there is one thing that has become clear. There is no fear of the law when it comes to crimes against women. That is why Team Deshbhakt is asking the Govt to form a #SCAW Division immediately. Isn't this like crime due to caste system where people gets oppressed because of lower castes? May me she would not be a victim of this situation if she was from the same caste of the attacker. You should raise voice every time any crime happens against women and that is necessary, we need to protest on every crime happens against any wo/men/child. But if religion comes in crime, you should properly address it and not ignore it. Because the motive of this murder was different than rape and murder of doctor from telengana. People in particular religion are being encouraged to convince women from other religions to get converted to their religion which you are not addressing. In case of Kathua to Hathras, in all crime discussion, you can address the religion or caste problem, but this time you forget to do so seems to be hypocritical.

I have a suggestion for our soceity to improve.. when people commit crimes -minor crimes they should be punshied according to the law but also should be x hours of community service and x sessions with a therapist or a social worker. If we correct the path that they are on at a younger age or when they have commited minor offenses and give them the proper attention then we can avoid these heinous crimes. Because we all know a guy like tauseb has to be mentally ill to be able to commit such a crime. Our laws should not only punish people but also work towards the root cause of their behaviour and provide appropriate aid.
